Hi, My name Is Serra Ercil, I’m the founder of the Alpaquitas School and Playground. I graduated from Boston University with Bachelors in Communication in 2010 and from New York University in 2015 with Masters in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. I worked as a preschool/pre-k teacher in various schools and I worked with different curriculums such as Creative Curriculum, Montessori, Waldorf, Reggio Emilia, Project-Based Approach and STEM. I speak fluent Turkish and English, intermediate Spanish and Beginner French.

Ana, born in Pisac, Cusco, with 5 years of experience in childcare, has been working and supporting the Alpaquitas team since 2022
Lisanne van der Molen
(Muay Thai / Exercise Teacher)
My name is Lisanne van der Molen. I graduated as primary school teacher and have been active as a professional kickboxing and muay thai fighter from 2008 till 2023 winning several championships.
I teach Muay Thai to kids and adults with special focus on gaining self confidence.
Marta Nali
(Art Therapy Teacher)
Hi! My name is Marta Nali and I am a certified art therapist, currently living and working in the Sacred Valley. Since a young age, I had a strong connection with different kinds of arts (I loved to do murals, discover bio-construction techniques, and sing) and I could see how to be in connection with the creative process is something that makes me feel alive. I also love to write and this passion brought me to take a bachelor's degree in communication and Journalism. Nevertheless, some years later I found a course about healing through art offered by the University of Florida and it blew my mind. I felt so lucky to discover art therapy, so I studied for a 3 years master's degree offered by the University of Girona (Spain) and I started working with kids and adults in local communities, focusing more with kids that come from violent situations.
Stephany Silva

My name is Stephany Silva.
I am a singing and musical initiation teacher. I work privately and was part of the music and juggling workshops with children in the Municipality of La Molina in Lima, Anthara Music School in Cusco. For more than 7 years I have been sharing workshops with children.
I sing, I play the guitar, the melodica, the keyboard, shaker, tambourine, Peruvian cajon.
